Very useful, thanks. I have tried few other methods before this but none of them had complete success.

Platform is not an issue with this method. If you did it right, all you have to is enable automatic addressing for DHCP on the other computer.

Good one. I think u shd have a list of software that u have on the cds . I use jaunty jackalope and would like to know if these software run it. Most ppl in my office also use jaunty jackalope and we have a great deal of stress trying to download apps. So u might just be solving our problems if we can see a list of these apps.

yea this is a bit misleading, I would make sure you call it Zimbra desktop…first you start talking about the ajax client which makes me thing we are going to install server…but it leads into the crappy client program…

Please refer to my earlier comment.
Following your How-to closely I have made some progress, but still can’t get connected to the internet. It gives a message – MODEM NOT RESPONDING.
I believe I am close to solving the problem but I need your help. Thanks
