Hi Bigbrovar, it’s Chxta, we have met virtually on the Ubuntu forums. I like the fact that you continued my Ubuntu Linux thread after I left Nairaland. There is an opportunity I might have for you, can you give me a phone number I can reach you on so we can discuss it?

Very useful, thanks. I have tried few other methods before this but none of them had complete success.

Platform is not an issue with this method. If you did it right, all you have to is enable automatic addressing for DHCP on the other computer.

Good one. I think u shd have a list of software that u have on the cds . I use jaunty jackalope and would like to know if these software run it. Most ppl in my office also use jaunty jackalope and we have a great deal of stress trying to download apps. So u might just be solving our problems if we can see a list of these apps.

It's been the conventional wisdom of the past 10 years that to provide the best performance, protection, and capacity utilization for applications and databases, you need a robust storage array in a storage area network (SAN).

Awesome! Xbox 360 via wifi, for free! Thank you so much.
To others: This took me a while because I didn't read all of the directions first. It would have gone a lot faster if I did.

Thanks again!

Please refer to my earlier comment.
Following your How-to closely I have made some progress, but still can't get connected to the internet. It gives a message - MODEM NOT RESPONDING.
I believe I am close to solving the problem but I need your help. Thanks
